All sales are final. There are no returns.

• Choices made regarding airtime plans.
• Reading all information associated with airtime plans being purchased.

Exceptions to this policy may be made for the following reasons:

• If you are somehow charged more than once for an airtime purchase.
• Airtime you purchased is invalid and not able to be added to a phone.
• As otherwise required by law.
